We arrived home sometime around 9 pm after a long grueling day-but we couldn’t quite crawl into bed.
We spent another hour or so packing a suitcase and making preparations to take off early Friday morning.
We were finally in bed sometime around 11 pm.
Friday mornings 3:30 alarm wake up was…. rude. 😄😄
But the good news was, we weren’t really headed to work. Well, at least, not much work. 😄😄
By now you’ve probably figured out that we have a couple partners in crime, so to speak, and for the better part of a decade, the four of us have been up to no good together on a pretty regular basis.
I’m talking , of course, about our neighbors Joel and Amy. This weekend we had signed up to help them out with a California beef delivery which means we spend a bunch of time chatting with each other in the truck, some time sightseeing, a day or so staying at a friend’s amazing house In Huntington Beach-and a little bit of time actually delivering Fort Rock Farms products to customers-and I complain and bellyache the entire time about how I’m working way too hard for free for them. 😄😄
Denise and I once again got to meet a handful of their great customers-some of who are RDP members. I sure wish I could remember names or board names. 😬 It was a pleasure to meet you all!!
Anyway, below are some pictures of some of the fun stuff we did along the way. I imagine some of you will recognize some of these places. 😊😊

A local hang out we went to that I’ve dubbed “Odrunkagains” because they don’t skimp on the alcohol and, well-we had a good time there!🍻🍻😄😄
Denise always makes friends with the local fur kids wherever we go. 😄😄😍😍
On the way home, we hit a place in Fontana called Lucy’s Diner for breakfast. Seriously great food and great service from smiling happy people!👍👍
It was a fun little break from work, but Monday came all too soon.
