Time for a day off, right?
Riiiiiiight. 🙄
We hauled one of the SolArk 60K inverters into the shop to do some careful measuring of and build one of our templates.
Weighing in at nearly 200 pounds and almost $20,000, we took no chances and used the forklift to carefully move it around.

Everything fit right on the first try, so it was on to final template design.

The final Template has a lot of necessary information to make the mounting of the inverter and its conduits to a gutter quick and easy.
Final test fitting and double checking of the template. Everything looked good, so we boxed the inverter back up and loaded it on the truck for its return to the job site.
And here’s the template all cleaned up and ready to use.
After all that work, I almost forgot to load the template onto the truck. 😬😬
