Monday morning had us getting up at 4am to finish loading the Freightshaker up for another week of fun.

🤪🤪
We rolled out of the yard a little past 6 and pointed east into the blinding rising sun towards Flagstaff.
A quick fuel stop at one of the new truck stops in Trashfork was our only stop before hitting the Home Depot In Flagstaff for a couple things we needed.

One of the things we needed was a new smoker. 🙄
Our old unit, that I’ve repaired countless times had a weird backwards flow pellet fire last time we used it, and I just don’t have time to fix the old unit again.
Denise basically cooks three meals a day on the smoker, so it’s become a necessity.
Luckily we found this Traeger on sale!👍

We spent the first part of the day on the job moving a bunch of materials in place close to where we are going to use them to help things go quick and smooth.
Once we had parts and equipment all set, we took a break for lunch before really getting into the next part of this installation.
