A day off!!!

There’s a truck load of stuff to be put away.
Two truck and three trailer loads to be precise.
Ugg.
But at least we are where we like to be best-home!
Denise and I have started the large task of unloading everything.
Next will come putting all sorts of stuff away.
Then there is a ton of maintenance and repairs that need to happen.
But the moment I’d like to share is the picture above.
That’s Ethel, our old Ford L9000 dump truck with a big cam 3 Cummins 350.
She’s been sitting here for months, this morning I decided that while I was working around she needed to be started up and run for a bit.
And as always, even being stone cold and laying dormant for months, that big old Cummins fired right up and rumbled to life with a sound that only an old big cam makes, and began dutifully fogging the sky to keep the local mosquito population in check. 😍😍
